Estimates, not a reimbursement decision

Overseas Per Diem calculates estimates from the maximum per diem rates published by the Defense Travel Management Office and from the details you enter. It is not an official determination, travel authorization or tax advice. Your orders, travel authorization and finance office decide what is paid.

Rates data

Rates come from DTMO's per diem rate files (travel.dod.mil) and the GSA OCONUS M&IE breakdown. Rates can change monthly; the app shows the effective date of every rate it uses. U.S. government works are not subject to copyright (17 U.S.C. 105). The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its results or for indirect losses. The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
